| We offer 3 month or 3000KM limited warranty. That means: a. We ship free spare parts that worth of 2% of the unit price of the product for each unit, along with the shipment. b. If it is proved to be our defects, we send OEM parts to customers by express air mail (It usually arrives US within 4 days) c. At our own discretion, we may replace a brand new unit for you. d. The limited warranty covers either 3 month or 3000KM, depends on which that Comes the first. e. On case-by-case bases, we may obtain Product Liability Insurance for the products we distribute from a prestigious third party Insurance company.
