1.Co-participant programsÔ
Motor Factories offers the most flexible co-participant programsÔ in the industry. Significantly different from other competitors on the market, we consider our customers have entered into a co-participant partnership with Motor Factories as long as an order is confirmed. This partnership guarantees that, in the entire life cycle of the products, we must work with our customers to analyze and then implement all the demands and specific requirements from the customers until qualified products are delivered and received.
We currently offer following co-participant programs:

a.Purchase Order
Buyers automatically enter our co-participant programÔ no matter they are one-time buyers or regular buyers. As a matter of fact, we have customers who are buying from us for many years.
b.OEM production
Motor Factories welcomes the opportunities of becoming an OEM supplier for ATVs, Dirt Bikes, off road vehicles and aftermarket parts for worldwide manufacturers; we have been doing this for years and we are indeed an important player in this arena.
c.Licensed manufacturing
If a customer own a good brand and likes the quality of the product that we make, we can certainly combine the advantages of both of us: we will manufacture products here in Chongqing under the license of this brand. In other words, we become an authorized supplier of this brand.
d.Sample & Blueprints manufacturing
If a customer have a good concept design and would like to market this product, as long as a sample and blueprints can be sent to us, we can partner with this customer to accomplish the rest of the production cycle and deliver a
High quality product, satisfaction is guaranteed.
e.Custom Make
If a customer is currently distributing our products and would like to provide
Us the market feedback in order to improve; Or a customer would like to custom make whatever products, we can certainly serve his needs and utilize our tremendous production capability and JIT technologies to fulfill a customer’s customization requirements.

2.Delivery
We have a dedicated Delivery Management Team to be in charge of the products delivery process. The team is responsible for each and every sub-processes and checkpoints of a standard products delivery process; while pay special attention to those processes that are required by customers. For instance, some customers may request additional rear lights to be added on ATVs, this kind of customization demands extra testing processes to be performed specifically for the modification.
The staff members of the team normally perform functional test and road test for every unit before it reaches to packaging business process.

3.Packaging
We have a dedicated Packaging Management Team to be in charge of packaging process.
Below is the standardized packaging method:
Steel frame (inner layer) + paper box (outer layer) + foam
Wood box + foam
Paper box + foam
Generally speaking, a 40’ container can carry 36 units of 250cc ATV, 63 units of
150cc (and under) ATV; a 20’ container can carry 12 units of 250cc ATV, 27 units of 150cc (and under) ATV.

4.Shipping
We normally quote FOB Chongqing price. However, we sometimes quote CIF or
C&F prices in order to serve the special needs of some customers. I have business
Alliances with some shipping companies what offer inland bridging shipping services as well.
The shipping cost is determined by many factors, such as the season, the oil price and the routes etc. In order to give our customers a general idea about the approximate shipping cost, below is an example:
For a 40 feet container, the freight is approximately between USD2500 to USD3700 per container from Chongqing, China to Houston, Texas, USA.
We want you to keep in mind: for freight, the bulk rate is always cheaper.

5. Minimum Order
The minimum order is one container. However, customer may request to order mixed products to fill a container.
The minimum order requirement does not apply to sample orders.
